We are excited to launch Massage Chair Sampler at Elan Yorktown! We will have 2-3 licensed massage therapists set up in the Yoga Studio with 2-3 separate massage chairs. Each customer will rotate every 10 or 15 minutes to get a feel for which therapist they enjoy most. The therapist with the highest ratings will stick around to serve you with bookable in home massage therapy.

Description

Each customer will have 10 or 15 minutes with each of 2 or 3 massage therapists for a total of 30 minutes of massage time.

If you show up late to your booking, that will cut into your allotted massage time so we recommend you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time.

This event is a pre-order and will be non-refundable for 2 months. If we do not convert your order to a real booking within the 2 months, you will have the option to receive a full refund.

If we do offer you real booking times within 2 months from this order date, you will not be entitled to a refund on your pre-order. We will give you up to 6 weeks from the first date real bookings become available to find a time that works in your schedule. If we have no bookings available within the 6 weeks we start real booking, we will give you the option for a full refund after the 6 week mark. Pre-orders will be given the opportunity to book in the order received.

Once we convert this pre-order to a real booking(time of your choosing), the booking will then be non-refundable.

If a customer attempts to work with a third party outside of www.lifestylevolutions.com on a return/refund, a refund or or return will not be issued through Lifestyle Evolutions, and Lifestyle Evolutions timelines for eligible returns still apply.

Cancellations: If a member/customer wishes to cancel an order placed, he/she/they must submit a ticket to the Vendor for approval. In “Orders” on the member dashboard, they can see a Get Support Button, which can communicate a cancellation request. Or, on the member dashboard, they may also see Create Tickets, in which they can make a request. If a cancellation request is submitted, an order number should be provided, and the vendor must approve the cancellation. If an order has already been prepared and shipped, an order may no longer be eligible for cancellation. Once the order has arrived, they can continue with the below steps to return the order.

Lifestyle Evolutions Return Policy

 

We will accept return requests for unopened, unused items. All products and/or services will need a receipt, with the order number.

 

We do not accept returns for perishable items, intimate items, gift cards, downloadable products, and beauty items.

 

If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 30 days of the date you received your item.

 

If you receive a defective product or the wrong product, it must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item. If not reported within 48 hours, it will not be eligible for return.

 

Lifestyle Evolutions Refunds

 

Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.

 

Refunds usually take two to three weeks to process. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.

 

Shipping Costs

 

Customers are responsible for shipping costs of the returned item. Lifestyle Evolutions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is recommended that customers get a tracking number for anything returned. No items will be accepted if returned in person. If a return is not received within 2 weeks of your return request, your return may not be eligible for return or a refund.
