Lifestyle Evolutions(LE) Return & Refund Policy

If you would like to make a return, take a look at our policies below. We want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note, most of what is on lifestylevolutions.com is fulfilled and shipped by third party sellers. Therefore, your return will be sent back to the seller instead of Lifestyle Evolutions.

Please view the return policy of the seller listed on the product page on www.lifestylevolutions.com before you make a purchase.

You should be handling all your returns and refunds through www.lifestylevolutions.com.

If a customer works with a third party outside of www.lifestylevolutions.com on a return/refund, a refund or return will not be issued through Lifestyle Evolutions, and Lifestyle Evolutions timelines for eligible returns still apply.

Lifestyle Evolutions Return Policy

LE may have its own products. In the event you purchase an LE Product/Service, the following will apply.

We will accept return requests for unopened, unused items. All products and/or services will need a receipt, with the order number.

We do not accept returns for perishable items, intimate items, gift cards, downloadable products, and beauty items.

If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 30 days of the date you received your item.

If you receive a defective product or the wrong product, it must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item. If not reported within 48 hours, it will not be eligible for return.

Lifestyle Evolutions Service Refunds & Policies

One of the perks LE customers have is that they can be eligible for a refund on services offered through the site if the Vendor does not follow through on its obligations and responsibilities. Customers may choose to reschedule or cancel through LE without penalty in the event the service Vendor is late to their scheduled time. Customers are eligible for a refund in the event a Vendor does not show up for their scheduled appointment and does not fulfill the order. If your Service Vendor provides a service which lacks in quality or to your satisfaction, you can be eligible for a credit or refund. Customers can cancel, reschedule, or direct any concerns through email at info@lifestylevolutions.com, by text at 773-272-3673, or through www.lifestylevolutions.com.

LE Product Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.

Refunds usually take two to three weeks to process. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned item. LE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is recommended that customers get a tracking number for anything returned. No items will be accepted if returned in person. If a return is not received within 2 weeks of your return request, your return may not be eligible for return or a refund.
