These Contribution Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern voluntary contributions made to the Naperville Community Prize Fund (“Fund”), operated by Lifestyle Evolutions LLC, doing business as The Golden Key Hunt (“Golden Key Hunt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By making a contribution, the contributor acknowledges and agrees to these Terms.

1. Purpose of the Fund

The Naperville Community Prize Fund has been established to help fund prizes for a future Golden Key Hunt, with Naperville, Illinois intended to receive priority consideration.

Funds contributed to the Fund are intended exclusively for prizes, prize reserves, and other prize amounts associated with a future Golden Key Hunt, subject to these Terms and the funding-period provisions described below.

While Naperville is the priority, contributions are not restricted exclusively to a Naperville Hunt. Golden Key Hunt retains discretion to allocate the Fund to prizes for a Golden Key Hunt in another community if a future Naperville Hunt does not move forward.

The Fund is separate in purpose from sponsorship revenue, advertising revenue, participation fees, Vault revenue, True Hunter revenue, and other operating revenue received by Golden Key Hunt, except as otherwise expressly provided in these Terms.

2. Community Funding Goal and Milestones

The current community funding goal is $10,000 in available funds.

The $10,000 goal is intended to provide funding for a multi-Key prize structure that may include a Gold Key, Silver Key, additional Keys or prizes, and/or a prize reserve.

The Fund also has a $5,000 Prize Fund Milestone. If this milestone is reached during the funding period, the available funds will remain designated for future Golden Key Hunt prizes as described in Section 5.

Reaching the $5,000 Prize Fund Milestone does not require Golden Key Hunt to allocate $5,000 to any particular Key or prize and does not, by itself, obligate Golden Key Hunt to organize or announce another Hunt within a particular period.

Golden Key Hunt may elect to organize a future Hunt after reaching the $5,000 Prize Fund Milestone even if the full $10,000 goal has not been reached.

The $10,000 Hunt Commitment Threshold is the funding level that triggers the one-year organization and announcement obligation described in Section 5.

3. Flexibility in Prize Allocation and Hunt Location

Golden Key Hunt will determine the final allocation of the Fund before or in connection with the launch of a future Golden Key Hunt.

Depending on the total amount raised and the design of the Hunt, funds may be allocated among:

• a Gold Key prize;

• a Silver Key prize;

• additional Keys or treasure prizes;

• prize reserves intended to support continuity of the Hunt; and

• other prizes incorporated into the Hunt.

The exact allocation does not need to correspond proportionally with funding milestones displayed during the funding period.

Naperville is intended to receive priority consideration for the use of the Fund. However, Golden Key Hunt retains discretion to select another community for the use of the Fund if a future Naperville Hunt does not move forward.

4. Contributions Do Not Guarantee a Naperville Hunt

Contributing to the Fund does not guarantee that a future Golden Key Hunt will occur in Naperville, another particular community, or by a particular date, except for the organization and announcement obligation expressly created if the $10,000 Hunt Commitment Threshold is reached as described in Section 5.

The Naperville Community Prize Fund is intended to support the prize funding associated with a future Hunt. A future Naperville Hunt will also depend upon Golden Key Hunt obtaining sufficient sponsorship and operational funding necessary to produce and operate the Hunt.

Accordingly, reaching the $5,000 Prize Fund Milestone does not, by itself, guarantee or require Golden Key Hunt to launch a Naperville Hunt.

If the $10,000 Hunt Commitment Threshold is reached, Golden Key Hunt will become subject to the organization and announcement requirements described in Section 5, although Naperville will continue to receive priority consideration rather than being guaranteed as the location.

5. Funding Period, Prize Fund Milestone, Hunt Commitment Threshold, and Refunds

Unless otherwise provided in this Section or required by applicable law, contributions to the Fund are voluntary and non-refundable once successfully processed.

The Fund will have an initial funding period beginning October 4, 2026 and ending October 4, 2028.

For purposes of these Terms, funding milestones and thresholds are measured based on available funds after applicable payment-processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, payment failures, and similar transaction adjustments.

$5,000 Prize Fund Milestone

If the Fund reaches at least $5,000 in available funds on or before October 4, 2028, the funds will remain designated for prizes associated with a future Golden Key Hunt.

Reaching the $5,000 Prize Fund Milestone does not, by itself, obligate Golden Key Hunt to organize, announce, or launch another Hunt within a particular period.

Golden Key Hunt may nevertheless elect to organize and launch a future Hunt after reaching the $5,000 Prize Fund Milestone, even if the $10,000 Hunt Commitment Threshold has not been reached.

If at least $5,000 but less than $10,000 in available funds has been raised by October 4, 2028, the available funds will remain designated for future Golden Key Hunt prizes, and Golden Key Hunt will retain discretion regarding the timing of a future Hunt.

$10,000 Hunt Commitment Threshold

If the Fund reaches at least $10,000 in available funds on or before October 4, 2028, Golden Key Hunt will have one (1) year from the date the $10,000 Hunt Commitment Threshold is first reached to organize the next Golden Key Hunt and publicly announce its anticipated start date.

Naperville will receive priority consideration for that Hunt. However, Golden Key Hunt may select another community if a future Naperville Hunt does not move forward, as otherwise provided in these Terms.

If Golden Key Hunt does not organize the next Hunt and publicly announce its anticipated start date within one (1) year after the $10,000 Hunt Commitment Threshold is first reached, each contributor will receive a refund of that contributor’s original contribution, less applicable payment-processing fees.

If Less Than $5,000 Is Raised

If the Fund does not reach at least $5,000 in available funds by October 4, 2028, contributions will not be refunded.

Instead, any remaining funds will be released from their prize-fund designation and may thereafter become unrestricted funds of Lifestyle Evolutions LLC, which may use those funds for any lawful business purpose at its discretion.

There is no guarantee that either the $5,000 Prize Fund Milestone or the $10,000 Hunt Commitment Threshold will be reached.

6. Hunt Location and Use of Funds

There is no guaranteed location for a future Golden Key Hunt funded through the Fund.

Naperville is intended to receive priority consideration. However, prize funding through the Fund is only one component of producing a Hunt. A future Naperville Hunt will also depend upon sufficient sponsorship and operational funding.

If a future Naperville Hunt does not move forward, Golden Key Hunt may allocate contributed funds to prizes associated with a Golden Key Hunt in another community selected by Golden Key Hunt.

If the $5,000 Prize Fund Milestone is reached on or before October 4, 2028, available funds will remain designated for Golden Key Hunt prizes.

If the $10,000 Hunt Commitment Threshold is reached on or before October 4, 2028, Golden Key Hunt will also become subject to the one-year organization and announcement requirement described in Section 5.

If less than $5,000 in available funds is raised by October 4, 2028, Section 5 will govern the release of the remaining funds from their prize-fund designation.

7. Contributions Are Not Charitable Donations

Golden Key Hunt is operated by Lifestyle Evolutions LLC, a for-profit business, and the Naperville Community Prize Fund is not represented as a charitable fundraising campaign.

Contributions should not be considered charitable donations or represented as tax-deductible charitable contributions.

Contributors should consult their own tax advisers regarding any tax consequences associated with a contribution.

8. Payment Processing

Contributions may be processed through third-party payment processors.

Payment-processing fees may apply. Golden Key Hunt may provide contributors with the option to contribute an additional amount intended to offset processing costs.

For purposes of determining whether the $5,000 Prize Fund Milestone or $10,000 Hunt Commitment Threshold has been reached, the Fund will be measured based on available funds after applicable payment-processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, payment failures, and similar transaction adjustments, as described in Section 5.

Golden Key Hunt may publicly display funding progress based on gross contributions, available funds, or another clearly identified measurement, provided the method used to calculate the displayed progress is disclosed.

9. No Increased Chance of Winning

Making a contribution to the Naperville Community Prize Fund does not increase a person’s chances of finding or winning a Gold Key, Silver Key, or other prize in a Golden Key Hunt.

Contributors will not receive better Hunt clues, preferential information about Key locations, advance access to Hunt clues, additional chances to win a Hunt prize, or other competitive advantages merely because they contributed.

Eligibility and rules for any future Golden Key Hunt will be established separately through the Official Rules applicable to that Hunt.

10. Contributor Recognition

Golden Key Hunt may offer contributors optional recognition, status, digital badges, acknowledgments, surveys, early announcements, community communications, or similar non-competitive benefits.

Contributors may be given the option to remain anonymous in public recognition.

Recognition as a contributor does not provide an advantage in locating or winning a Golden Key Hunt prize.

11. Contributor Surveys

Golden Key Hunt may invite contributors to participate in surveys concerning potential timing, season, format, events, features, or other aspects of a future Golden Key Hunt.

Survey responses are advisory only.

Contributor feedback does not constitute a vote, contractual commitment, ownership interest, or obligation requiring Golden Key Hunt to conduct a Hunt according to survey results.

12. Future True Hunters Program

Golden Key Hunt may offer a future program currently referred to as “True Hunters.”

Certain qualifying contributors to the Fund may be offered complimentary or discounted access, recognition, or other specified benefits associated with a future True Hunters program.

The availability, features, pricing, eligibility requirements, and structure of the True Hunters program are to be determined. If offered, the True Hunters program will be governed by its own separate Terms & Conditions and/or Official Rules.

Nothing in these Contribution Terms guarantees that the True Hunters program will be launched or available.

However, if the True Hunters program is launched, any specific True Hunters benefit expressly offered to and earned by a qualifying contributor under these Contribution Terms will be honored, provided the contributor timely registers for the applicable future program and satisfies any reasonable redemption requirements established for that benefit.

Participation in the True Hunters program will remain subject to the separate Terms & Conditions and/or Official Rules applicable to that program.

13. No Purchase Necessary

A contribution to the Fund is not required to participate in a Golden Key Hunt unless future Official Rules expressly provide otherwise in a manner permitted by applicable law.

The Official Rules for any future Golden Key Hunt will govern eligibility, participation, prize amounts, claim procedures, and other requirements.

14. Funding Progress

Golden Key Hunt may publicly display funding progress, including amounts contributed, percentages of the funding goal reached, number of contributors, and funding milestones.

Golden Key Hunt will make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate funding totals, but displayed amounts may experience processing or administrative delays.

Refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, payment failures, processing fees, or similar adjustments may cause the amount of available funds to differ from gross contribution totals displayed or previously reported.

For purposes of determining whether the $5,000 Prize Fund Milestone or $10,000 Hunt Commitment Threshold has been reached, the calculation described in Section 5 will control.

15. Changes to Future Hunt Design

The nature of a future Golden Key Hunt may differ from previous Golden Key Hunts.

Golden Key Hunt may modify the number of Keys, prize allocation, Hunt duration, clue schedule, Hunt format, geographic boundaries, events, technology, or other aspects of the Hunt, subject to applicable law and the Official Rules eventually published for that Hunt.

If the $10,000 Hunt Commitment Threshold has been reached, changes to the future Hunt’s design do not eliminate Golden Key Hunt’s organization and announcement obligations under Section 5.

16. Separate Official Rules and Terms

These Contribution Terms govern contributions to the Naperville Community Prize Fund.

If a future Golden Key Hunt launches, separate Official Rules will govern participation in that Hunt.

If a True Hunters program is offered, separate Terms & Conditions and/or Official Rules will govern that program.
