The Golden Key Hunt is looking for a well-connected, relationship-driven individual to help develop business sponsorships for upcoming Golden Key Hunts throughout the western suburbs.
Your primary focus will be opening doors and building sponsorship relationships with local business owners and decision-makers who could be a great fit for The Golden Key Hunt.
We’re especially interested in individuals who already have strong connections within Naperville, St. Charles, Geneva, Batavia, or surrounding communities. You do not need to be connected in every market — a strong network within one or more communities can make you an excellent fit.
Primary Responsibilities
- Introduce The Golden Key Hunt to local business owners and decision-makers
- Identify and develop potential sponsorship opportunities
- Generate qualified sponsorship meetings and introductions
- Help present sponsorship opportunities and secure commitments
- Maintain and follow up with prospective sponsor relationships
- Help expand The Golden Key Hunt into new communities
What We’re Looking For
- Strong existing relationships with local business owners and decision-makers
- Well-connected within one or more of our target communities
- Comfortable making warm introductions and starting sponsorship conversations
- Experience in business development, sponsorships, advertising, networking, community partnerships, or relationship-based sales
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
