Lifestyle Evolutions Return & Refund Policy

At Lifestyle Evolutions (“LE”), your satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy outlines how we handle refunds and service issues under our current operations, which focus primarily on experience-based offerings like The Golden Key Hunt. Please review the terms below before making a purchase or booking a service.

Refund Policy for The Golden Key Hunt and Other Promotional Experiences

All entry fees, clue pass purchases, and related ticketed registrations for The Golden Key Hunt are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in writing. Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Missed or unused clue pick-up windows
  • Disqualifications due to rule violations
  • Voluntary withdrawal from the Hunt
  • Failure to retrieve or redeem prizes within designated timeframes

If you encounter a technical issue or error during registration or billing, please contact us at info@lifestylevolutions.com for assistance. We may evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis for technical errors or payment failures only.

Service-Based Bookings (If Applicable)

While Lifestyle Evolutions is not currently fulfilling regular third-party services, any future bookings of wellness or concierge-style services through the site may be subject to the following:

  • You may cancel or reschedule a booking without penalty if the Vendor is late or fails to appear.
  • If a Vendor does not fulfill the service as described, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund or credit.
  • Concerns must be reported within 24 hours of the service to qualify for review.

Product Returns (Paused)

We are not currently offering physical product sales or fulfillment. Should LE resume limited product sales in the future:

  • Returns will be accepted for unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Perishables, personal care products, and downloadable content will be non-returnable.
  • Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Products offered by third-party vendors may have their own return terms listed at the time of sale. LE is not responsible for any unauthorized returns processed outside the www.lifestylevolutions.com platform.

Delivery & Shipping (Not Active)

LE is not currently shipping products. If and when physical product shipping resumes, an updated policy will be provided.
